Where is your makeup salon?
FY Markham Salon is a home-based makeup studio near McCowan Rd. and 16th Ave. Our home salon, which is by appointment only, ensures you never wait in line, your visit is private, and has a personal touch.
Do you offer mobile makeup services?
Yes, we provide mobile services for large groups or bridal packages. Travel and parking fees may apply.
What brand makeup products do you use?
We strictly use quality brand-name makeup beauty products, such as Bobby Brown, MAC, Nars, Morphe, and others. Clients who have a specific makeup product they need to use can also bring it in during their service.
Do you do airbrush makeup?
No, unfortunately, we don’t provide airbrush makeup services at our Markham makeup studio.
How far in advance should I book my appointment to be sure I get the date I want?
We recommend booking as soon as your event date is confirmed. This guarantees our makeup services for you on that particular day. Dates are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.
What's your payment method?
For high-season dates, we take a 30% deposit. Payments can be made by e-transfer, cash or credit card. Credit card payments are subject to a 4% processing fee.
Is a makeup trial included?
A makeup trial can be booked separately. We recommend booking a makeup trial on dates that you are going out. This way you can test the look and longevity of the makeup application based on your activities throughout the day.
Do you provide makeup touchup?
Makeup touchup services can be purchased separately.
