After a time, depending on how well you’ve taken care of them at home, the hair extensions will become worn and not as soft as they once were, or they may become damaged with too much heat processing.

Can I flat iron and curl hair extensions?
Yes. At FY Markham Salon, we use human hair extensions. They can be washed and styled just the same as you would your own real hair. You can even style them in an updo or ponytail.
What's the price for your clip-in hair extensions?
The price depends on the hair colour and length of the clip-in hair extensions. Prices start from $80.
Will hair extension clips damage my hair?
It is very important that before applying your clip in extension, you have a sturdy base for the clips to be more secure. The teasing methods are always best for secure hold of the clips. If you do not have enough hair to tease or have a sturdy base we do not recommend extensions.
How often should I wash my hair?
At FY Markham Salon, we recommend washing your hair extensions every 6-8 wears using the appropriate product for synthetic or human hair. Extensions don’t accumulate oils the way our natural hair does so washing it more often than this can weather the fibres and damage your extensions.
What is your payment structure?
We take a 50% deposit to order the human clip-in hair extensions for you then the final balance when you receive the product. Credit card payments are subject to a 4% processing fee.
